CorrosionRADAR, a UK-based leading global provider of predictive corrosion monitoring and analytics products, has appointed Dr Dominic Emery as Non-Executive Director.
Emery, who was formally Chief of Staff at bp and previously served as Head of Strategy, brings with him a wealth of experience from across the energy sector as well as an unrivalled understanding of the many ways the industry is evolving to manage the energy transition.
He was also founding CEO of the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative’s (OGCI) $1bn Climate Investment Fund, set up by the world’s leading oil and gas companies to invest in technologies to reduce carbon emissions and he is currently a Distinguished Fellow with the World Economic Forum and a Senior Fellow of the Mission Possible Partnership.
Emery’s appointment will help support CorrosionRADAR’s expansion plans, as the company prepares to enter new markets and extend its range of ground-breaking corrosion remote monitoring solutions including Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), which help businesses across the oil and gas industry reduce the risk of leaks, minimise emissions, improve safety, and enhance operational performance.
Based in Cambridge, CorrosionRADAR was founded in 2017 as a spin-out from the University of Cranfield. CorrosionRADAR’s investors include Mercia, SAEV, and Angel Investors.
